1. The apps
ConvertX is provided free of charge, with no ads. You may install and use the apps on devices you control for any lawful purpose.
2. Your files
You are responsible for the images you process and for keeping originals. The apps write new files and do not delete your originals, but you should still keep backups. Conversions are lossy where the format is lossy; the apps say so in the interface.
3. No warranty
The apps and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, including loss of data.
4. Third-party components and services
The apps include open-source components, each under its own licence. They include no advertising or analytics services. See the privacy policy.
5. Trademarks
Format names and platform names belong to their respective owners. ConvertX is not affiliated with Google, Apple or any format's authors.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above changes when they are.
