What helps in a bug report
- Platform and version (for example Android 14, or Windows 11) and the ConvertX version shown at the bottom of Settings.
- The source format, the target format and the tool (Converter or Compressor).
- The exact message the app showed; the Queue shows a plain-language reason for each failed file.
- Whether it happens with one file or only in a batch.
Please don't attach personal photos. A screenshot of the app is enough.
Privacy requests
ConvertX stores no account and no images anywhere but your device, so there is nothing to export or delete on our side. The apps show no ads and collect no analytics. See the privacy policy.
